4.1.a For payments made through credit/debit cards or digital wallets, the refund will be credited back to the same account within a reasonable timeframe.

4.1.b In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be provided through a bank transfer to the customer’s bank account. We may require additional information, such as bank account details, to process the refund in such cases.
